Hello Folks!!

This is about the contract of the city government with a private company - is it legal?  Yes!  But is it legal for the city government to give full authority to a private company police duties?  If so, the politicians should put a clause in the contract they enter into!  The contract ends when there term of duty ends to avoid future conflicts with the succeeding elected officers.

But, if it is not not legal, which I think is the case; the private company should step aside and let the city government do its duty!!!  They should build their own private parking houses where they can enforce their own rules and regulations; not in the streets of Baguio City where the Baguio's finest police force has the full authority.

We should learn from our mistakes just like the politicians learn from their predecessors!!!
