·         An Ordinance requiring all Law Enforcers in the City of Baguio to use permanently stitched-on name patches on their uniforms

·         An Ordinance prohibiting all Public Utility Vehicles to park or load or unload passengers along the roads which are within the City’s Central Business District from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. except at their designated loading and unloading areas

·         An Ordinance banning the use of the Burnham Athletic Bowl and Public School Grounds as sites for Carnival, Trade Fairs and Commercial Stalls, Bingo Socials and Other Games Of Chances (2000)
