Located on the top floor of the Porta Vaga Building along Session Road, this warm inviting café is an especially attractive addition to the lineup of Baguio restaurants. It has an entire window-wall facing the Baguio Cathedral gardens providing a view of trees, greenery and passers-by. Picarre offers a wide range of delicious coffee drinks, hot and cold, flavored and straight, and includes decaf versions of each. Not to be missed are the fresh fruit shakes and the "to die for" desserts like the super creamy choco-banana and Oreo cheesecakes, the light yet rich almond sans rival, apple crumble pie, cookies and cream cheesecake and blueberry cheesecake. This café also offers wonderfully light crepes with either a savory or sweet filling. It also has a wide array of pasta dishes and great meal selections and serves up breakfast meals too.
