I am sorry to read about the poor tilapias and carps dying because of
bad water conditions in Burnham Park.

Give my regards to Engineer Alberto Mayo of DPWH to send a team to Germany to learn about sewage purification before being returned to nature.

You see, we are in a small barrio, but we have a purification plant!

And also, we also have a lake and in the summer, they increase the oxygen content of the water thru aeration. I know this has a price but the Germans have a way of collecting funds by arranging events right there twice a year!! Thru private clubs!! With members of course!!!
