The news about Baguio's "health crisis" is a great concern for Filipino-Americans who are planning to visit Baguio in the coming months.   In the early seventies while a student of St. Louis University, I was reminded of the YCAP program when most of us students were cleaning some parts of Baguio.   There should have been a community-wide effort to help pitch in cleaning up Baguio.
